Mind Your Mind
'Mind Your Mind' is a free 8-week course in mindfulness run by Fife Employment Access Trust (FEAT) across Fife.
Sometimes thoughts and feelings can feel overwhelming. Mindfulness helps us to manage this by making us more aware of our thoughts and feelings in the present moment. Mindfulness is now being used in a wide variety of settings and can be a great coping strategy when dealing with daily challenges.
