Groups and Services in Fife

Express Group Fife: Provides 10 drop-in centres throughout Fife for those who have or have had mental health issues. These groups are run to help people cope with and recover from their mental health issues and to meet people and socialise. You can enjoy a range of activities and outings and even a cooked meal at the end of the morning! The aim of the groups is to give opportunities for self-help social activities, outings and holidays; and to provide a place where members can share experiences, and offer mutual support.
